Reasonable complaint of customers should not exceed 1time per month.
We choose Excellent Supplier of the industry to provide us with stable and reliable raw material. We control strictly on the process of IQC, IPQC, OQC. So that we can guarantee the unqualified raw material not to the factory, unqualified semi-finished products not to the next production process and unqualified finished products not to the market.
We do reliability test to the sample of every order to insure the products meet the demand of our customer.
